Scramble Cali Vale Tudo Shorts

The Scramble Cali Vale Tudo shorts are part of our Cali no gi set. Slightly longer in the leg, these vale tudo shorts are the perfect baselayer under a gi or under MMA shorts. The black and gold theme is subtle, with a repeating pattern of Japanese characters and icons. The shorts are double layer for the best protection and zero transparency.

The theme for this set came about from knowing that a team of Scramble athletes would be representing the brand at ADCC, the “Olympics” of Grappling, that was held in California in 2019.

We designed the set with California in mind, blending photography of iconic Los Angeles during Golden Hour with our customary typographic blend of English and Japanese characters.

The set is designed to match, with vale tudo shorts that sit under the looser grappling shorts to provide a tight base layer.
